Link scheduling and spotlight
Show a bio page button only for a set time, and make one button pulse, glow or shake so visitors notice it.

Two options for the buttons on your bio page. Scheduling puts a button on your page and takes it off again at times you choose, so a launch link appears on launch day and a sale link disappears when the sale ends. Spotlight adds a gentle animation to one button, such as a new drop or a giveaway, so it catches the eye.
Before you start
- Both need the Starter plan or higher. On Free, Spotlight and Schedule show a Starter badge, and choosing them opens an upgrade prompt.
- Both are set per button in Edit bio link. They apply to the button on this bio page only, not to the short link behind it.
Schedule a button
- In the bio page editor, click the button on the Content tab or in the live preview. Edit bio link opens.
- Under Schedule, set Show from, Hide after, or both. Times are in your own time zone.
- Click Save changes.

To remove a schedule, clear both fields and save.
What you and your visitors see
- Outside its window, the button is not sent to your page at all. Visitors see the page without it; there is no "coming soon" placeholder.
- The button appears and disappears on its own at the set times. You do not need to open the editor.
- In the editor list, the row shows Scheduled before the start and Ended after the end. In the live preview the button is faded, so you can still click it to edit.
- The short link itself keeps working outside the window. Anyone who has its address, or finds it elsewhere, still reaches the destination. To switch the link off completely, use link expiration.
Spotlight a button
- Open Edit bio link for the button.
- Under Spotlight, choose an animation. Off is the default.
- Click Save changes. The preview shows the animation right away, and the row gets a Spotlight label.

- Use it on one or two buttons at most. When everything moves, nothing stands out.
- Visitors whose phone or computer is set to reduce motion see the button without the animation.
Ideas
- Launch day: add the product link with Show from set to the launch time and a Pulse spotlight.
- Weekend sale: schedule the sale link from Friday morning to Sunday night, so you never forget to take it down.
- Giveaway: a Glow spotlight on the entry form, with Hide after at the closing time.
- Live event: show the ticket or stream link only during the event.
Good to know
- If you move to a lower plan, schedules and spotlights you already set keep working. You can switch a spotlight Off, but new spotlights and schedule changes need Starter again.
- A scheduled button still counts as a short link toward your plan's link limit, including while it is not shown.
- Clicks are tracked on the short link as usual; see Link analytics.
Troubleshooting
"The end time must be after the start time"
Hide after is earlier than or equal to Show from. Change one of them.
A scheduled button did not appear
Check the times in Edit bio link. They are in the time zone of the device you set them on. Also check that the button is not marked Hidden.
