It includes 10 links, 1,000 tracked clicks per month, 1 custom domain, click analytics with 30 days of history, QR codes, one link-in-bio page, public stats pages, and access to the REST API (100 requests per minute) and the MCP server. Website analytics is included as a 14-day trial for one site, with 7 more days of background recording so you can upgrade without losing anything. Two limits to know about: free links on the useclick.io domain can show visitors a short preview page before redirecting (links on your own custom domain skip it), and a free link's destination can't be changed after it is created.

There are five plans: Free ($0), Starter ($12/month), Growth ($29/month), Pro ($49/month) and Business ($199/month). Yearly billing costs the same as ten months: $120, $290, $490 and $1,990 per year. Starter covers creators and freelancers with 300 links, campaigns, UTM parameters, geo-targeting and bulk upload. Growth adds A/B/C/D testing and backup URLs. Pro adds a team workspace for 5 members plus the owner. Business raises the limits to 25,000 links and 1 million clicks per month, with 10 members plus the owner. Yearly billing costs the same as ten months of monthly billing, so every paid plan gets two months free (about 17% off): Starter is $120/year instead of $144, Growth $290 instead of $348, Pro $490 instead of $588, and Business $1,990 instead of $2,388. You choose monthly or yearly billing at checkout. To move an existing subscription between monthly and yearly billing, contact support.

Yes. Upgrades are self-service and take effect immediately: you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, and your billing date stays the same. Downgrades are handled by our support team, so contact us and we will move you. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account moves to Free. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes your links, bio pages or domains, but you can't create more than the new plan allows, and click data older than the new plan's retention window is removed.

No. You sign up with an email address or a Google account, and the Free plan works without any payment details. A card is only needed when you upgrade to a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe, so UseClick never stores your card number.

Your links keep working. Reaching the monthly click allowance never breaks a redirect or shows visitors an error. What can stop is analytics: clicks and website page views above the allowance may no longer be recorded until the count resets on the 1st of the month at 00:00 UTC. On the Free plan you get an email when you reach the limit, and upgrading raises the allowance straight away. This is different from the per-link click limit feature (Starter and above), which deliberately stops one link after a number of clicks you choose.

Link limits are total, not monthly. Starter, for example, allows 300 short links in your account at once, and deleting a link frees its place. Every short link counts, including links created by bulk upload, through the API, or as bio page buttons. When you reach the limit, your existing links keep working; you just can't create new ones until you delete some or upgrade. Click allowances are the part that resets monthly, from 1,000 clicks on Free to 1 million on Business.

Yes, on every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Pro and Business). You change where the short link points and keep the same short URL, QR codes and click history. On the Free plan a link's destination is fixed once it is created. Links on useclick.io are cached at the edge for up to 5 minutes, so some visitors may still reach the old destination for a few minutes after an edit.

It depends on the plan: 30 days on Free, 12 months on Starter, 24 months on Growth, and 3 years on Pro and Business. A daily job deletes click and page view records older than your window, and reports only show data inside it. Your links, bio pages and websites themselves are never deleted by this. To keep older data, export link clicks to CSV (Starter and above) or pull them through the API before they leave the window. Stored clicks never include IP addresses or full user agent strings.

A/B/C/D testing is included from the Growth plan ($29/month) and on Pro and Business. You create up to four short links to the same destination, tag them as variants A to D, and share each one in a different place, such as a post, an ad or an email button. The link's analytics page then compares their clicks and share of traffic and marks the variant with the most clicks as the winner. UseClick does not split one link's traffic between different destinations: each variant is its own short link.

Team workspaces are included on Pro (5 members plus the owner, 6 people in total) and Business (10 members plus the owner, 11 people in total). Subscribing to either plan creates an organization workspace automatically. You invite teammates by email, give each one the admin or member role, and everyone works on the same links, campaigns and analytics. All links in the workspace count toward the owner's plan.

Free includes 1 custom domain, Starter 5, Growth 10, Pro 20, and Business has no limit. To connect one, you add a DNS record for a subdomain such as go.yourbrand.com and click verify in the dashboard; the SSL certificate is issued automatically once the record is found. Links on your own domain also skip the preview page that free links on useclick.io can show.

Yes, on every plan, including Free. The REST API lets you create, list, update and delete links and read click analytics, authenticated with an API key you create in the dashboard. Rate limits scale by plan: 100 requests per minute on Free, 300 on Starter, 600 on Growth, 1,200 on Pro and 3,000 on Business. The API enforces the same plan features as the dashboard. There is also an MCP server so AI agents can manage your links; its analytics queries have a daily quota, from 25 on Free to 5,000 on Business.

UseClick is built for GDPR-compliant tracking on every plan, including Free. Short link redirects set no cookies and never store IP addresses or full user agent strings; unique visitors are counted with a one-way SHA-256 hash. Each click stores only coarse data: country, city and region from edge headers, browser, device type, operating system, language and referrer. The database is hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany, and data older than your plan's retention window is deleted automatically. No click data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Smart Deep Linking (Open in app) is included on every paid plan, starting with Starter at $12/month; it is not part of the Free plan. When a link points to a supported app such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Amazon, LinkedIn or WhatsApp, visitors on a phone are sent into the installed app instead of a browser where they may not be logged in. If the app isn't installed, they get the normal web page. No SDK or app-side setup is needed, and links to other sites redirect as usual.
