Yes. Yearly billing saves up to 2 months compared to monthly pricing on paid plans, and you can switch billing cycle from your account settings.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
No. You can create a free account without entering payment details. A credit card is only needed when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Your links keep redirecting, so visitors still reach the destination page. After the monthly cap is reached, additional clicks are no longer tracked until reset or upgrade, and the dashboard shows an upgrade prompt so you can continue full tracking.
UseClick.io link limits are total active links, not monthly resets. For example, Starter includes up to 300 active links at a time. You can delete old links to create new ones.
Destination URL editing is available on paid plans (Starter and above). The Free plan does not include destination edits.
Data retention depends on plan: Free keeps 1 month, Starter 6 months, Growth 12 months, and Pro/Business include unlimited retention.
A/B/C/D testing is available from the Growth plan and included in Pro and Business. Free and Starter do not include split testing.
Team management is available on Pro (5+1 users) and Business (10+1 users), with role-based access for links, campaigns, and analytics.
Custom domain limits are: Free 1, Starter 5, Growth 10, Pro 20, and Business unlimited. All connected domains use automatic SSL.
Yes. UseClick.io includes REST API access on all plans, including Free. API rate limits are request-throttle caps per minute and are separate from link limits. Link limits still apply by plan (for example Free supports 10 total links), while API limits control how fast your app can call endpoints.
